Collection
Development in Women and Gender Studies: A Bibliography
A brief bibliography of materials relating to issues of women and gender studies
collection development. Topics include collection assessment, the history
of women and gender studies serials, women and gender studies in the Library of Congress
classification, and information access. Most works focus on women and gender
studies librarianship within the United States.
Collection Development Policies
A collection of links to academic and research libraries collection development policies for
women and gender available on the Web.
Core List of Journals in Women and Gender Studies
Maintained by the ACRL Women & Gender Studies Section’s Collection Development and Bibliography Committee, this annotated list includes selected titles which "...provide a foundation for study and research from a feminist perspective." The list provides a brief description of each journal, as well as bibliographic and indexing information. Titles are suitable for academic library collections.

Studies Core Books
Developed and maintained by members of the Association of College and Research Libraries' Women & Gender Studies Section, this Web resource is a database of core book titles covering more than forty subject areas (such as, among others, feminist theory, lesbian studies, and transnational feminism). This resource is updated annually.

Provides selected links to women and gender studies Web pages in a variety of subject areas.
